  • The IT Customer Service Center assists individuals with general technology questions or can provide information on where you can find additional help.  Assistance with data, video and phone services is also available here.

  • Does your campus department need technical support?  LAN Support Services provides desktop support, file and print services.

  • ResNet answers questions and provides technical support to students living in any of the residential or scholarship halls.

  • Departments may request NeST machines in their building to service the drop-in needs of faculty, staff and students.  NeST’s are ideal for individuals needing quick access to email, library databases or Enroll & Pay services
